The first step to track time effectively is to build schedules. HRplus allows you to build multiple schedules across your company and across your departments. Schedules can be done to match specific departments and are extremely dynamic. HRplus gives you the ability to use shift patterns, floating shifts, split shifts and rotating shifts. This control is further decentralized to the designated operational managers and supervisors.
AUTOMATE PAYMENT RULES
FOR FASTER PROCESSING
We have taken time tracking a step further by integrating it with the payroll. Further to this, we have automated a number of payment rules. Once the shifts have been clearly defined the user can decide how the system will handle and treat with overtime. Managers and supervisors have the final control over the approval process. In traditional paper-based environments the movement of timesheets to the payroll department can account for significant time loss.
